In Build&Lead you have to motivate the cells which are symbols of people within a community. The inspired cells became members of your community. But if you dont look after them, they will became neutral again or join a rival community. This means that you have to grow and keep your community motivated as in a real and successful group of people. Your objective is to build&lead a bigger, better quality community in the given timeframe.
